Interview 1
I plan to interview Dustin Lenaburg. Dustin is a Youth Counselor and I think he will be a great source because he has worked with much more serious problems. I think his experience and background with working young adults can really educate me on the kinds of things Peer Mediators have to sometimes take on. I plan to ask why Peer Mediation is effective in their point of view. I also plan to ask if Peer Mediation had affected their personal life. Something that is very important that I plan to ask is what characteristics makes for a great Peer Mediator, because I'm thinking of basing my essential question off of that question.I also want to know when dealing with a sensitive subject what is some of the best ways to approach the situation. Last but not least I plan to ask what they think is the most important thing when conducting a Peer Mediation. As of now these are the questions that I have in mind but as time progresses I plan to come up with a couple more.

You'll be interviewing me for your second interview since that is service learning. I'd love you to have Monya or Emily's perspective on this since I think that it will really get you off on the right start : ) Please keep me posted each day so that I know that you are making progress. Take care.
