  1. Good questions. I think the answer to 4 would have to be an automatic yes, so maybe just start with "why do you think?" Also, even though David Campt (the guy you are interviewing) mediates his peers, he is not a peer mediator. This is a term used specifically in K-12 education, so you might want to leave peer off when asking about his experience? You also might ask about his educational and professional background, too. I know that he did something with the white house or maybe the Obama campaign or something. Plus, the people at WJC all have BA's and MA's in Peace and Justice Studies or law.
